Waypoint
Documentation methodology — early stageWaypoint is Magnolia's documentation and SOP layer. It turns workflow discovery output into structured operating procedures, training assets, and usable reference documents — the kind of deliverables a team can actually follow. Applied in Workflow Clarity Review engagements as the artifact production layer.
Waypoint is an early-stage methodology currently being developed and validated through real engagements. Templates and process documentation are internal at this stage.
Vantage
In development — concept stageVantage is a concept-stage system for structured intake, lead recovery, and pipeline follow-up. It would surface stalled quotes, automate follow-up prompts, and reduce the coordination load on the owner for client communication. No infrastructure has been built.
Vantage will only be built if Workflow Clarity Review engagements confirm that lead intake and follow-up failures are a consistent pattern across client businesses. The pattern has to be real before the system is built.
