We map one or two of your real workflows, identify where follow-up, handoffs, and documentation break down, and give you one practical next step your team can act on. Deliverables are produced manually using structured conversation, process mapping, and written documentation — no proprietary software required on your end.

Owner intake conversation
30–45 minutes, structured. Covers the business, the team, and the specific workflows to examine.
Workflow walkthrough
One or two key processes mapped in real time with the owner or key team members.
Current-state workflow map
A documented map of how the process actually runs today — not how it is supposed to run.
Friction register
A specific record of breakdown points: where the process slows, fails, or depends on the wrong person.
Knowledge-dependency map
A record of which process knowledge lives with which people — and what breaks when they are unavailable.
AI-fit review
An honest assessment of where AI can reduce friction versus where process structure is the actual need.
Prioritized implementation list
The top 3–5 recommendations, ranked by friction impact and feasibility.
One scoped implementation brief
One specific next action defined clearly enough to execute immediately — not a general recommendation.

First one or two engagements with strong candidates. The goal is to validate the delivery format with real businesses before charging full rate.
First paid engagement
$1,500
Fixed fee. Pricing will be reviewed after the first completed engagements based on scope, delivery time, and outcome.
